2.Consider a scenario of LawWell Inc, which provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services in the field of legal matters. The employees of the company work on Windows 8-based desktop computers on a regular basis. However, they sometimes need to work from remote locations. For such situations, the company provides them with laptops, which run the Windows 7 OS. The employees connect to the company's network by using a VPN connection, and then work on the laptops. However, the laptops are allotted to the employees on a per-need basis. This means that the employees usually get a different laptop when they need to work from remote locations. This causes problems as the employees do not find their OS and application settings consistent between their desktops and laptops. Also, when they use Microsoft Office, they need to reconfigure its settings, such as location of document templates and user initials. Therefore, the management of the company has asked Steve, the Network Administrator, to implement a solution that will solve the preceding problems. Help Steve accomplish the desired task.
